Impartiality Policy

Impartiality Policy

NexaCert personnel are aware of the importance of complying with the Impartiality Policy through certification activities to eliminate conflicts of interest.

Our work and the subcontractor agreement represents our commitment to impartiality. All personnel (employees and subcontractors) have signed our agreements with the commitment of the impartiality committee.

Employees and subcontractors are aware of the procedure and inform us of any situation that could be considered a threat to our impartiality policy. Also the impartiality policy is published through our website.

We confirm that all income NexaCert receives is solely from our clients for charging for our services; We do not receive any income from other external sources such as government, donations, among others.

The situations that NexaCert has considered apply as a commitment to impartiality:

  • We do not allow financial or other pressure to certify a company to compromise impartiality.
  • Through our FMEA analysis, we identified risks of possible conflict of interest presented during our certification services and how to eliminate or minimize them.
